We do NOT honor reward points (including loyalty bonuses, birthday rewards, or referral credits) if:

• You have never placed an order with us.

• The referral you provided has never ordered.

• You’re trying to refer someone who hasn’t placed an order yet.

✅ What Does Qualify for Loyalty Perks

You are eligible for loyalty perks and rewards if:

• You’ve ordered from us before and we've already personally delivered to you.

• Your referral has completed an order, and they included your name at checkout.

• You’re logged in under the same phone number/email as previous orders (so your points track properly).

To earn referral points:

• Your referral must complete a purchase first.

• They must mention your name at checkout—no exceptions.

If the referral is valid and complete, you’ll get credit toward your next purchase.

 

🎂 Birthday Points

Birthday points are only granted to existing verified customers who have ordered at least once. Make sure your birthday is on file before your birthday to be eligible.
